Do, please, do your research before buying a belly dance instructional DVD! Be wary of aerobics instructors trying to cash in - they have no clue! And bear in mind some belly dance DVD's have been produced as eye candy for men, not for serious study (words like "sensual" are a good indicator!).

If you're a complete beginner looking for something simple and fun, I recommend the series by Veena and Neena. For more serious study, Jillina has a good range. Personally, I like Jrisi's DVD which has some great technique tips.
