Dee is not teaching regular classes in 2013 because she’s expecting her second child – but you can register your interest for future classes. She is also still offering her popular Hens’ Night packages with belly dancing and henna tattoos.
Dee has a passion for sword and travels around Australia sharing her “Deadly Sword” approach. Her workshops are always packed, and deservedly so – I attended one last year and I still think it was one of the best sword workshops I’ve been to, even though I’m not a Tribal dancer.

Well, I did meet Dee and took her Sword workshop at the festival. I found it thoroughly nerve-wracking, even though Dee was very good at reassuring us – I’m not sure I’m cut out for sword work (pardon the pun!). It was a great experience though, as I’d never tried sword before and it was great to have the chance to practice with a real one, instead of making do with a cane.
